Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected method.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at petthatdogg@gmail.com so we can make it right.
